WASHING THREAD FOR SINCE

Silk is, despite the luxurious and elegant feeling it gives, easy to care for. Since silk does not attract mites, dust and other particles, this natural material does not need to be washed as often as other materials. Once you do wash it, never use detergents with bleach or enzymes, as these break down the fine fats naturally found in silk. Below are washing and care instructions for silk.

WASHING THREAD SILK JERSEY - UNDERWEAR

These garments must be washed at 30 degrees (delicate wash) with an environmentally friendly and enzyme-free liquid detergent, e.g. Grumme fine wash or Y3 Liquid. Feel free to use a laundry bag. Do not use fabric softener and do not tumble dry the silk product. Hang out and air and the silk is cleaned with the help of the oxygen in the air. An environmentally friendly garment that keeps its freshness longer than other materials. All products should be hung to dry. If you follow the washing instructions, you will enjoy your underwear for many years to come.

WASHING THREAD SILK PAJAMAS

Simple hand wash in lukewarm water with enzyme-free liquid detergent. Rinse thoroughly! Do not wash for more than 3-5 minutes and avoid washing in too cold or too hot water. Pure white vinegar can be added to the final rinse to neutralize the material and to maintain the natural luster of the silk fabric.

Dry the pajamas by gently squeezing (do not wring) them out of the water and rolling them in a towel. Hang or let plant dry. Avoid stiff folds by occasionally puffing the garment during the drying time. Do not use wooden hangers as they can leave marks on the silk fabric. Also avoid direct sunlight as it can dry out the fibers and bleach the garment.
